Green Smoothie You’ll LOVE!

This is so yummy it’s hard to believe
You are getting a great serving of Spinach!

1 Large Banana

1/2 C Pineapple

2 Handfuls Fresh Spinach

1/2 C Earth Wise Strawberry Kiwi juice 

Place items in Blendtec as listed.

Blend on Smoothie setting.

Lacking Smoothie setting,

Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

Makes about 20 oz.

Don’t have the Strawberry Kiwi juice on hand?
Throw in a few frozen Strawberries.

Veggie Zip Smoothie

The main reason for purchasing a Blendtec was to consume more veggies. This new creation was a stretch and I stunned myself at how great it really taste. Very filling!

Veggie Zip Smoothie

1 Mandarin Orange (peeled)

4 Large Brussels Sprouts Heads
½ C Small Tomatoes or 1 med tomato
3 T Salsa mild (more zip use hot)
1 C Fresh Spinach (about 2 handfuls)
2 tsp No Salt Seasoning Costco or Mrs Dash
1 ½ C Ice

Place items in Blendtec in order listed.
Blend on Smoothie setting. You may blend a few more spins by clicking Pulse.
Makes 18 oz.
